Storyboard #2: "House Sitters"?

Black. The door opens to reveal two silhouettes. One of the silhouettes turn on the light to reveal a dirty place (not theirs). The girl groans and it pans up to the title. It pans back down to the daughter and father washing dishes (he's washing dishes, she's drying). He looks at the girl with a sad expression before -!! he has a mischievous smile. The girl continues to dry the dish until PSSSSHHHHH, she's drenched with water.

Storyboard #1: Arrival

 We begin at an airport with the title on a sign. It pans down to an anxious mouse, then close up on the mouse. It then cuts to a happier mouse on their phone at the park (different style from the airport). They walk down the sidewalk, enjoying their conversation on the phone. Then a small cat-like entity follows them along the way. It mutters something along the lines of "she's lying to you" in the mouse's ear. The mouse turns and
